OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - iPhone

There are three displays in the 64 Bit Calculator.
When you launch the program, the top display is automatically selected, highlighted with a gray bar, in decimal mode. In order to toggle between the three modes in the top display, be sure that the top display is highlighted. Now tap inside display to toggle between decimal, hexadecimal and octal.

If you tap the middle display, you switch to binary mode. If you tap the bottom display, you switch to hexadecimal.

Use the shift key (left arrow) to give you extra functionality: Nand, Nor, Xnor, Modulo, X^2, X^Y, Byte Flip, Word Flip, Hex-ASCII-Uni, and Settings.

To display ASCII and Unicode characters, tap the Hex-ASCII-Uni button to toggle between these modes on the bottom display. To pop-up the keyboard, press the bottom display when either the ASCII or Unicode displays are visible.

To toggle binary bits, select the binary display. Once selected, press the 4 bits that contain the bit or bits you want to change. The bits will enlarge. Toggle each bit you wish to change and tap outside of the bits to exit.
